There is no “one best way” to teach management to MBA students; the job-demands compel educators to consider multiple creative approaches and methodologies for achieving these objectives. A managerial job has content knowledge, self-knowledge, diagnostic skill, application skills, teamwork skills and self control as prerequisites. These are inculcated by incorporating innovative teaching methods like Lectures, Case Methodologies, TED talks, Video Lectures, Video Discussions, Debates, Group Discussions, Placement oriented training and games to name a few.
